Welder Outfitting Services operates year round in northwest Colorado's back country of the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness. Our 120 acre ranch on the White River is base for our summer horseback pack trips, high country fishing trips, and packing services beginning in June. Welder Outfitting Services provides full service guided hunts, drop and set up camps and packing services for all elk seasons in our permitted area.
Welder Outfitting Services provides additional services to organizations, institutions, and research groups, special (draw) hunts, and limited private land hunts. During the summer months, we host groups for picnics, BBQ's and fun days. Everyone has access to our private trout pond and the river for fishing and horseback riding is available. You are welcome to pitch your own tent or you can bring your RV. Welder Ranch is also available for retreats and workshops. One cabin is available for lodging.
In the winter, our ranch is at the foot of some of the best back country snowmobiling in the world. There are hundreds of miles of trails of great snowmobiling right out our front door.
